The Triplett Model OTDR1315 Multi-Funtion Optical Time-Domain Reflectometer/Network Tool has a 5.5 inch OLED display and is designed for fiber length testing and event mapping, plus network cabling installation and maintenance. The OTDR displays the power of the returned signal related to distance which can be used to confirm the transmission quality of a fiber optic link. It can measure the optical fiber length, transmission attenuation of optical fiber, attenuation of splice, and failure location. In addition, network tests include IP scan, PPPOE, port flashing, and ping test. Its user-friendly design makes the OTDR/Network Tool an essential tool for all installers and technicians. Comes complete with 3.7V Li-Po battery, AC Adapter/Charger, Tracer Probe, FC,SC,ST and LC connectors, and FC/APC-FC/UPC jumper cable.
